Take the full m2 foot print of the kitchen including cabinetry and circulation space. That is the full length and width are defined as a kitchen (including the island bench)
If there is a pantry without services, include that in the kitchen measurement.
Pantries with services (sink, dishwasher or oven, etc.) are defined as a butler’s pantry which is captured under the ‘butler’s pantry’ variable
