Kitchen/Bathroom Fixture/Appliances/Fitoff

The fitout for a wet area should be added in addition to any floor area nominated as new, extension or renovated.

Appliances are automatically included in these fitout variables.

The quality (and allowances) of these products are captured in the variable “Quality level for Finishes/Appliances in Wet Areas”

To specify quality levels, ProCalc uses:

  1. Budget: Eg vanity tapset $150, budget tiles used only as required to meet code
  2. Mid Range: Eg vanity tapset $400, mid range tiles floor to ceiling on some walls
  3. Premium: Eg vanity tapset $650, tiles floor to ceiling on all walls, possibly with double vanity or shower, underfloor heating
  4. Super Premium: Eg vanity tapset $1,000+, premium tiles floor to ceiling on all walls with double vanity/shower, underfloor heating

For kitchen appliances allowed for are:

  • $5,000 for budget kitchen appliances
  • $10,000 for mid range kitchen appliances
  • $15,000 for premium kitchen appliances
  • $25,000+ for super premium kitchen appliances
