Laundry and Euro Laundry Selections

1. Standard Laundry
   For a project with a standard, dedicated laundry room, select “Yes” in the laundry section.

The cost is automatically calculated based on the quality of finishes selected for other wet areas (like bathrooms).

2. Euro Laundry
   A “Euro laundry” is not a separate room. It is a compact laundry space concealed within cabinetry, often found in a hallway, kitchen, or closet.

If you have a Euro laundry, select “No” for the standard laundry option.

Instead, add it manually as an Extra/PS item.

Rough Guide: A typical allowance for a Euro laundry is $5,000 – $10,000, depending on the joinery and finishes.
