Project Type

  1. Renovation – projects where the external walls are not moving. Works might require the moving of internal walls, removal of plaster/flooring back to frame, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, etc
  2. Ground Floor Extension – the dwelling ground floor footprint is expanding with all works being undertaken in that new footprint
  3. First Floor Extension – the dwelling is getting a first floor addition or the first floor footprint (only) is increasing.
  4. Ground & 1st Floor Extension – Footprint of ground and 1st floor are increasing but no renovation works in the existing dwelling)
  5. Renovate Existing Space plus Ground Floor Extension – the dwelling ground floor footprint is expanding and renovation works are also being undertaken in the existing footprint
  6. Renovate Existing Space plus 1st Floor Extension – the dwelling is getting a first floor addition or the first floor footprint (only) is increasing, and renovation works are also being undertaken in the existing footprint
  7. Renovate Existing Space plus Ground & 1st Floor Extension – Footprint of ground and 1st floor are increasing, and renovation works are also being undertaken in the existing footprint
  8. New Build Ground Floor
  9. New Build Ground and First Floor
  10. New Build Basement & Ground Floor
  11. New Build Basement, Ground Floor and 1st Floor
  12. Multi-dwelling (up to 4) – various level options (please note this is an add on feature)

Please note: Once a project has been saved, you cannot change the project type. Instead, you will need to create another project.
