Queenslander Lift & Raise

If you’re lifting and raising a Queenslander, there are a few steps to take:

  1. The lift itself typically costs between $30-$50k
  2. The new lowest floor, is treated as a ground floor extension in ProCalc
  3. New walls should all be included in the walls measurement
  4. If a site cut of more than 300mm is required to create sufficient head room, apply the site cut variable
  5. Standard renovation and 1st floor extension variables should be applied to the ‘new’ first floor if applicable
