Renovations are defined as rooms within the existing envelope where floors/plaster are being removed to expose frame/subfloor/slab. This also includes internal walls being added/removed.
For wet areas such as kitchen, butlers, bathroom, ensuite, powder room and laundry, you should also apply those variables for fitout of those rooms.
Renovations calculations do not include subfloor, restumping or roof works. These should be added as extras allowances using the instructions provided.
